Angkor Herbal Solutions is a registered Cambodian company based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We specialize in handcrafted, natural, water-free plant-based sprays including body protection, insect repellent, room, and textile sprays.

2. ORDERS AND PURCHASES

  • All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are displayed in USD and include 10% government VAT (Value Added Tax).

  • We accept payments via Acleda Bank QR code, USDT, and XRP. Other payment options are available upon request.

  • Payment must be received in full before processing your order.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We ship within Cambodia. International shipping may be available upon request.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Custom-labeled products are non-returnable unless defective.
