WHAT TYPES OF PLANTS DO YOU USE?
We mainly use natural plant extracts from citronella, lavender, and patchouli plants.
WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL PERCENTAGE?
Angkor Shield Spray has 50% alcohol, and Angkor Room Spray has 30% alcohol.
WHY IS THE ALCOHOL LEVEL SO HIGH?
We use a higher alcohol percentage to make the formula stronger and to help it stay fresh for a longer time.
DO YOU DILUTE YOUR FORMULA WITH WATER?
No, we never dilute our formula with water. We focus strictly on high quality and strong performance. This is why our prices are a little higher than others.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?
Angkor Shield Spray is safe for everyone to use. However, Angkor Room Spray has a stronger formula and may irritate sensitive skin.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR KIDS?
Yes, our products are generally safe for use on the skin. However, children should avoid touching their eyes or mouth after using the product. Do not apply the product to broken skin or open wounds, as it may cause a stinging sensation. Adult supervision is recommended when used by young children.
WHICH INSECTS DOES YOUR ROOM SPRAY KILL?
We have tested it successfully on mosquitoes, sandflies, flies, ants, and bugs.
WHY ARE PLANT-BASED SPRAYS BETTER THAN CHEMICAL SPRAYS?
Although chemical sprays may sometimes work longer, plant-based sprays are often gentler on the body. They help reduce exposure to harsh chemicals, making them a better choice for your lungs and skin.
HOW DO I USE THE SPRAYS FOR THE BEST RESULTS?
For Angkor Shield Spray: Spray it directly onto your exposed skin. For Angkor Room Spray: Spray it a few times into the air, or directly onto textiles (like curtains or cushions) to give them a fresh scent.

WHY IS THE ROOM SPRAY BOTTLE IN PLASTIC AND NOT IN GLASS?
Our room spray contains less alcohol than our other products. Since alcohol was the main reason for choosing glass bottles in our other product range, a glass bottle is not necessary for this formula. A plastic bottle is lighter, less fragile, and more practical for everyday use.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF BOTH OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Angkor Shield Spray weighs around 250 grams, and Angkor Room Spray weighs around 500 grams.
CAN I REUSE THE GLASS BOTTLE AFTERWARDS?
Yes. You can heat up the neck of the bottle with a hairdryer, and you will be able to pull the spray nozzle off within seconds. Please note that putting the nozzle back on tightly can be difficult. A good solution is to use Teflon tape around the neck before putting it back on.
HOW LONG CAN I STORE YOUR SPRAYS?
Angkor Shield Spray can be stored for up to 2 years after the bottling date. Angkor Room Spray can be stored for up to 1 year after the bottling date.
After this time, the sprays may become less effective as the natural ingredients slowly lose some of their strength.
IS IT A PROBLEM IF THEY ARE NOT STORED IN A COOL PLACE FOR ONE DAY?
No, it is not a problem. However, to keep the formula strong and fresh, you should put it back in a cool place (under 30°C) as soon as possible.

Not at the moment. We are a high-quality home producer based in Siem Reap, focusing on small, direct orders.
IF I WANT TO PICK UP MY BOTTLES MYSELF, WHERE DO I GO?
We are located in Lok Taneuy Residence, Siem Reap.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
On our website, you can pay directly to our Cambodian bank account using a QR code, or you can pay with crypto. Both QR codes are displayed on the page. If you want to pay with a different currency, please contact us directly.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY BOTTLE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR LEAKS?
Please contact us immediately and send us a few photos. We need photos of the damage, and also a photo of the delivery driver who brought it to you.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?
As soon as we receive your order, we pack it right away. The delivery driver will pick it up as soon as they are available. Most orders within Cambodia arrive within 48 hours. If you order a customized label, delivery may take longer because the labels are printed by a specialized print shop and production times can vary.
HOW MUCH ARE THE TRANSPORT COSTS?
Our website will calculate the shipping cost automatically when you check out. In general, it costs between 1.50 USD and 3.00 USD, depending on the size and weight of your order.
CAN YOU SHIP PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF CAMBODIA?
In theory, yes. However, right now we focus mainly on shipping inside Cambodia.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE CUSTOMIZED LABELS IF I ORDER LESS THAN 12 BOTTLES?
Yes, everything is possible with our company! However, we do charge an extra fee for small orders under 12 bottles.
